What do we need to start selling your property?
Legally, we will need several documents to start marketing the property. Additionally, having the documents in order will help things run faster and smoother.
To start:
- Copy of your ID
- The property deeds or Simple Note (Nota Simple)
- Receipts of the municipal property tax (iImpuesto sobre bienes inmuebles or IBI)
- Community charge receipt if there is one
Complementary documentation:
It may be at the beginning or later, but in addition, we will need the following documents so that the sale comes to fruition in order and without any problems.
- First Occupation License if you have one
- Copies of public service bills (Light, Water, Gas…)
- Details of the community statutes and administration
- An inventory of any furniture items, etc. that will be included in the sale.
- Energy Certificate of the property (If you do not have it, consult us)
- Your residency card if you have residency status.
